Visions Module - Optometry

The visions module enables you to add Visions data in a structured format to your Advice and Guidance session.

You can select the Visions module from the main module selector if its not already showing:

Once selected it will appear in your module window on the left hand side. Simply click to show and complete.

Completing the Visions Module

You can complete in either Snellen or Logmar using the toggle switch at the top of the screen.

Once complete, simple hit submit and then you will see the results in your chat window and this will be visible to both parties. When producing a PDF the visions module will show like this:
