Upload a referral to RAS using eRS

In this example we are uploading a referral to an eRS RAS clinic, following the advice given by the Specialist.  In the first video (0.59) you can see our test conversation, the request to convert to a referral and then the use of Advisr's Directory of Service that provide national and local pathways in both Primary and Secondary Care.  Here we are referring into the national eRS.

Once the referral is submitted the following is the appearance in the Provider system.  Note the presence of the referral front page, full PDF of all interactions and links to PACS.

The referral can now be triaged to the appropriate clinician and team in eRS and the booking made.  Referrals can also be sent to Directly Bookable services, with the referral request letter being sent to the patient by our automated print and post service.
