Selecting the Leeds Service as the Provider

Once you have selected your patient, you now need to select the provider, in this case, Leeds OM.  You first select the priority of your referral, either Urgent or Routine (you can also change this later), and then select A&G Oral Medicine and then the Leeds provider:

The advice and guidance session and clinical modules.

Once you have selected the provider, your first A&G session will open and you can start your advice request.  You should see this screen, and your first A&G session is now ready to use.  Please refresh your browser to ensure that the correct clinical modules are shown for Oral Medicine. The system will provide information on the selected service, including estimated wait times for responses.  You can find more information on the service in our service directory.
